Heat a frying pan to medium heat and add the sausage. Cook until browned on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towel.
Add the sauerkraut and garlic to the frying pan and cook over medium heat. Season with paprika, salt and pepper. Add the sausage and cover. Cook until sausage is thoroughly heated and cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes.
